I can talk about finished past actions using regular and common irregular verbs.

WHAT? · What is the grammar point?
ما هي القاعدة؟Use the past simple for actions that finished in the past. Regular verbs add -ed (visit → visited). Irregular verbs have special forms that you must learn (go → went, eat → ate). The form is the same for all subjects.
RULE
القاعدة- Regular: verb + ed → played, visited, walked
- Spelling: live → lived · stop → stopped · study → studied
- Irregular: go → went · eat → ate · see → saw · buy → bought · have → had · come → came · make → made · take → took · write → wrote
